Advice 10 Beauty Sense Advice from Professional Hairstylist Tiff any Daniels If you're going to take hair advice from Instagram, do yourself a tremendous favor and at least get that advice from the source—a licensed professional. One hair professional dishing out wonderful client education on Instagram is Tiffany Daniels (@tiffanycathleen) of Studio B Hair Design in Olympia, Washington. Here are four valuable lessons Daniels shared on social media. Hair Integrity Integrity is generally summed up as the keeping of one's morals: doing what's right, no matter what. It's not always easy or fun, but it is always necessary. In the hair world, integrity also applies to the condition of the hair. Hair with integrity is healthy and intact. As a hairstylist, in order to maintain integrity, one must practice integrity. is means being upfront and honest with our clients and giving realistic expectations, an outline of the process, and taking the steps to ensure the hair remains healthy and beautiful. It's not always easy, especially for a new stylist in this age of quick makeover videos and photoshopped Pinterest inspiration photos. We, as a group, are eager to please and want to give our clients the hair of their dreams. But sometimes, it's not possible in one sitting, or two ... and sometimes, it's not possible at all! is is where integrity plays a big part. It's important to be upfront about the process and projected results. Sometimes a new plan is necessary, and that's OK! Communication is key. tiffanycathleen Studio B Hair Design & Waxing Studio
