hairstylist, in order to maintain integrity, one must practice
integrity. is means being upfront and honest with our
clients and giving realistic expectations, an outline of the
process, and taking the steps to ensure the hair remains
healthy and beautiful. It's not always easy, especially for
a new stylist in this age of quick makeover videos and
photoshopped Pinterest inspiration photos.
We, as a group, are eager to please and want to give
our clients the hair of their dreams. But sometimes, it's not
possible in one sitting, or two ... and sometimes, it's not
possible at all! is is where integrity plays a big part. It's
important to be upfront about the process and projected
results. Sometimes a new plan is necessary, and that's OK!
Communication is key.
