If you have oily hair, wash it every other day, and if you have dry hair, aim at washing it once or twice a week maximum. Be sure to drink plenty of water, and eat proper foods such as fish, nuts, and eggs. This helps keep hair shiny. Taking a biotin supplement will also help.
